Workout with up to 4 other individuals in a 60 minute session.

 

What you get:

  • 4, 8, or 12, 60 minute small group personal training sessions per month, meeting weekly (location is in the western suburbs)

  • Unlimited text and phone support

  • Monthly nutrition and workout plan based upon your goals

 

How it works:

  • Contact to discuss training options and what is best for you. 

  • January 2022 Training Days & Times:

    • Wednesdays @ 6pm

    • Saturdays @ 9am

INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL TRAINING 

 

What is it?

  • Customized training program to follow on your time and in your space

  • Using the Muscle & Motion App

    • a  calendar outlines your daily/weekly workouts

    • a video of the exercise and voice over of how to perform the exercise

    • an explanation of what muscles you are working

  • Unlimited text and email support 

  • Optional nutrition coaching package

 

  • Sessions are 60 minutes in length and conducted in-person or remotely. 

  • All sessions start with a consultation, movement screening, and assessment.

  • Customized programs and workouts utilize current research and principles of exercise science.

  • Programs are designed around clients individual needs, level of experience, and goals.
